• Maintain an organized and up-to-date talent database to ensure quick response to hiring demands.
• Collaborate closely with recruitment consultants and account managers to accelerate candidate placement.
• Provide market insights and trends based on your research to keep the team informed.

Requirements

• Proven experience in talent sourcing within recruitment agencies or staffing environments.
• Proficient in using recruitment tools, databases, and technology platforms.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of managing multiple priorities independently.
• Performance-driven with a passion for success and commission-based rewards.
• Holds a valid Certificate of Employment Intermediaries (CEI) as required by Singapores Ministry of Manpower.
• Committed to integrity, professionalism, and compliance in all sourcing activities.
