Role Summary

• Support the administrative routines of the area, following the manager's instructions;
• Assist with customer service by phone and email, providing basic information;
• Support the registration of clients and consultants in internal systems;
• Assist in responding to and directing customer requests, queries and complaints, as directed;

Contribute to organizing documents and updating commercial data, following company procedures.

Requirements

• Young people aged 17 to 21;
• Attending high school or high school;
• Knowledge of the office package;
