Talent Acquisition Intern (Next Level Internship)

Role Summary

The Next Level Internship program by Mekari is a highway for achievement-oriented young talents to #ElevateThroughImpact in a competitive and encouraging environment, where they get to contribute in raising Indonesia's software standard.

Responsible to assist MPP fulfillments.

Assist hiring partner to analyze current staffing needs & create a forecast.

Involved in the development of talent acquisition strategy & hiring plan.

Assist hiring partner in handling end-to-end talent acquisition process such as job listing, sourcing, scheduling, interview, and conduct any related tests.

Maintain and update new hires data and related documents.

Identify areas of improvement by using recruitment metrics & candidate experience survey.

Requirements

If you are

• A University student studying in Indonesia
• At least in your 3rd semester of study, OR
• An alumnus, max. 1 year after graduation
