Talent Acquisition Consultant_RBCN at Bosch Group in Shanghai, China.

Role Summary

  • Talent search and delivery
  • Responsible for the full process management of recruitment projects, from demand confirmation to onboarding follow-up, ensuring delivery quality and timeliness;
  • Conduct in-depth analysis of the target talent market and continue to build a high-quality talent pool through social media, school-enterprise cooperation, professional channels and headhunting partners.
  • In-depth talent assessment
  • Use professional assessment tools and in-depth interview techniques to comprehensively evaluate candidates’ professional abilities;
  • Accurately identify candidates’ leadership potential and cultural fit, and provide the business with judgmental hiring recommendations.
  • Stakeholder Management
  • Maintain high-frequency communication with senior executives of each business unit, HRBP and global project teams to translate business strategies into clear talent needs;
  • Provide professional recruitment strategy suggestions to business teams based on data and market insights.
  • Employer brand building
  • Plan and execute employer branding activities for young elites (information sessions, open days, online communication, etc.);
  • Continue to enhance the influence and reputation of the Bosch Management Trainee Program among the new generation of professionals.

Requirements

Background experience

  • 2-5 years of relevant experience in HR (recruitment direction) of well-known companies or headhunting companies;
  • Applicants with experience in management trainee programs, high-potential talent recruitment or campus recruitment will be preferred.

  • Excellent bilingual communication and presentation skills in Chinese and English, able to confidently convey Bosch employer value to candidates, and calmly handle complex communications with senior executives;
  • Have a global perspective and focus on the full life cycle of talent and long-term organizational contribution, rather than just filling job vacancies.
