• Position: Performance Engineer (C++, Python, Rust)
• Type: Contract
• Compensation: $70–$110/hour
• Location: Remote
• Commitment: 40 hours/week
• Role Responsibilities

Guide research and engineering teams to improve AI model performance in systems-level optimization.

Design challenging tasks across specializations and write accurate solutions to performance engineering problems.

Evaluate performance engineering tasks and provide clear, written technical feedback.

Develop guidelines and rubrics to assess systems design quality across AI workloads .

Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure consistency and accuracy in training data.

Work independently and asynchronously to meet deadlines while enhancing AI model training .

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in performance engineering or low-level optimization.
• Expertise in C++, Python, or Rust with familiarity in the others.
• Proven track record of performance improvements on production systems.
• Strong written communication skills.
• Ability to engage for 40 hours/week during weekdays.
