Role Summary

Within the Digitale Platform Services subsidiary and an agency made up of around sixty employees, you will join a team with a major client in a stimulating environment. You are supported by a dynamic team who will make you take an active part in the project as a whole.

Depending on the missions entrusted to you, you are required to evolve within Sopra Steria internal teams in outsourcing type services or you are directly integrated into client teams. You are supported by a dynamic team who will make you take an active part in the project as a whole.

Your role and missions

With solid experience in the field of systems infrastructures, you will join a technical team and you will:

You ensure that production infrastructure, systems and networks are maintained in optimal operational conditions.

• You have a global and up-to-date vision of network architectures for IS
• You install and configure infrastructures
• You monitor and update the configuration and architecture of the information system according to developments
• You resolve level 2 and 3 incidents, both systems and networks
• You update diagnostic guides
• You write operating and administrative documents
• You implement the infrastructure changes necessary to maintain and evolve the environments
• You participate in customer and production projects on different level 2 and 3 technologies

Depending on your desires and learning desires, according to the needs of our clients, these missions are scalable.

Requirements

• Graduate from an engineering school or equivalent, you already have experience in a similar role.
• You are recognized for your interpersonal skills, your analytical mind, your sense of service and your writing skills.
• You have a taste for challenge and you enjoy working in a team, while demonstrating autonomy.
