System Engineer – IT Infrastructure

Role Summary

We are looking for an experienced System Engineer to join the IT team of our global technology company’s Turkey office in Istanbul. The role focuses on managing core IT infrastructure and working closely with global teams in an international environment

1. Manage and support IT infrastructure including HPE SimpliVity, VMware, Windows Servers, and SQL Servers
2. Operate backup, replication, and disaster recovery solutions such as Veeam and Zerto
3. Monitor systems and services using tools like Zabbix
4. Administer network and security components including Extreme switches and access points, VLANs, Fortinet firewalls, and Unify IP telephony
5. Manage Active Directory, Microsoft 365 (O365) and support Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012
6. Handle incidents, changes, and service requests via ServiceNow in line with ITIL and Change Management practices
7. Participate in English-speaking meetings with global IT teams
8. Represent the local IT team during cybersecurity and ISO 27001 audits, and follow up on action items with global stakeholders
9. Support compliance with ISO 27001 information security controls and internal security policies
10. Maintain system documentation and contribute to continuous improvement of IT services

Kişisel verileriniz, Securitas Technology tarafından Müşteri anketi çalışmaları kapsamında Kanun’un 5. maddesinde belirtilen kişisel veri işleme şartları dâhilinde Şirket’imiz tarafından işlenmektedir.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in system engineering or infrastructure roles
• Strong hands-on experience with the technologies listed above
• Good command of spoken and written English
• Solid understanding of enterprise IT infrastructure, networking, and security
• Familiarity with ISO 27001 requirements and audit processes
• Strong teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Proactive mindset with the ability to take initiative and ownership
