Role Summary

There are also sofas, reserved areas and meeting rooms so you can stay more focused when working in the office.

We mostly use Linux or macOS workstations to work. Each workstation has two monitors, a comfortable ergonomic chair and it is possible to have a desk with a liftable top. Each Develerian can also request other accessories to make the workplace more comfortable.

How does the selection process work?

From the moment we receive the application, we take approximately two weeks to make an initial evaluation. At this stage, we evaluate your experiences. If they are in line with the profile we are looking for, we set up an initial interview to get to know each other.

During this interview, our goal is to get to know each other and give you all the information possible so that we can understand together whether to move forward or stop here.

If we move forward we will move on to technical interviews, carried out by people who do the same job as you or with whom you will have to interact more often.

You will likely be asked to answer some questions and solve some problems. We could carry out some programming or design exercises with you: remember that our goal is not to give you an exam, but to understand at what point in your professional career you have reached and decide together whether the next step is in the same direction as us or what the training path could be in the first months at Develer.

Within a few weeks of completing the interviews, we will let you know how it went and we could make you an offer.

Please note that all interviews will be done remotely. For this reason, we ask you to have a good Internet connection, a video camera and good headphones with microphone, the use of video and probably screen sharing will be necessary. Below, you will find some advice to prepare. Furthermore, we will ask you to have the development environment you normally use on your computer, configured and ready to use: if it is necessary to install other software, we will let you know well in advance.
