Surveillance Agent

Role Summary

Monitor electronic surveillance equipment to observe gaming and non-gaming activities, ensuring strict compliance with applicable laws, procedures, regulations, and company policies while protecting company assets from illegal or questionable activities.

Responsibilities

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS/DUTIES

• Monitor, document, and report any variances to company internal controls, money handling procedures, and state gaming regulations
• Conduct daily audits of departmental activity and duty logs; provide support to departments during investigations and compliance reviews
• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of all table games, gaming functions, and operational procedures
• Identify and respond immediately to unusual or suspicious activities with appropriate escalation protocols
• Perform additional responsibilities as assigned by management to support operational excellence and regulatory compliance

Requirements

•  Must be at least 21 years of age.
•  Minimum of 6 months casino surveillance experience preferred.
•  Knowledge of CCTV system, all casino games, working knowledge of Microsoft office programs such as excel and Word.
•  Must be able to stand, sit or walk for extended periods of time.
•  Must be able to obtain/maintain any necessary certifications and/or licenses as required by local gaming regulations.
