Support Operator (Bead)

Support Operator (Bead) at Continental in Plauk Daeng, RAYONG, Thailand.

Role Summary

• Skillfully operate machines in Cold Preparation production area to have the output which meet production plan per each shift.
• Arrange carrier, e.g. cassette flow to handle stock of output.
• Check and confirm correctness of details and quantity on the identification tag.
• Understand types of defect and realize to avoid making mistake which cause the defect. And report the problem during operation.
• Understand system such as eWM, CGMS, Scrap booking and realize to avoid input incorrect data.
• Understand machine and reqalize to avoid making non-conform when machine has problem or break down and report the abnormal to be solved.
• Understand and use measurement tools proficiently. Measure and monitor the parameters following the topics as defined in standard.
• Cooperate with HR and superiors to obtain any training or skill development.
• Utilize given resources worthily.

Requirements

• Diploma in electrical, mechanical, mechatronics, production technology or related fields.
• 0-2 years experience in production and manufacturing process.
