Supply Chain & Procurement Manager Belgium

Role Summary

Are you a driven people manager with strong experience in logistics management, process optimization and negotiation? Do you want to take on a key role in an industrial environment where collaboration, efficiency and continuous improvement are central? Then we are looking for you.

As a Supply Chain & Procurement Manager you lead the Purchase and Customer Service team. You ensure smooth daily operations. You coach your employees, monitor their development and organize the necessary consultation moments to create structure, focus and involvement.

You are strategically responsible for all end-to-end supply chain processes. You supervise improvement projects around forecasting, inventory management, service levels, digitalization and process optimization. In addition, you work daily on cost-efficient solutions through tendering, supplier relationship management and negotiation. You are a team player and work closely with various departments including sales, production and development with a focus on continuous improvement.

You play a key role in our organization that manages processes and reporting critically and analytically, thinks along with the management team, monitors KPIs and initiates the necessary actions that contribute to the growth and success of Sika Belgium. You are willing to travel to both sites (Tessenderlo-Ham & Nazareth-De Pinte)

Requirements

• You have a bachelor's or master's degree in supply chain, logistics, purchasing, business administration or a related field.
• You have at least 5 years of relevant experience within supply chain and/or procurement and experience with team management and employee development.
• You are analytically strong, negotiate smoothly and take responsibility.
• You combine strategic insight with a practical approach and know how to build bridges between departments.
• Experience in an industrial or technical environment, knowledge of SAP, Power BI and technical affinity are strong assets.
