Enforce quality management policies and specifications

Track production schedules, raw-material and packaging availability, finished-goods inventory, quality holds, and expected shipment dates.

Identify and escalate risks involving production delays, quality deviations, capacity constraints, inventory discrepancies, or supplier performance.

Coordinate corrective-action plans with co-manufacturers and follow through until issues are resolved.

Maintain a weekly/monthly/quarterly supplier operations report covering production status, quality issues, upcoming shipments, key risks, and required management decisions.

Support supplier scorecards, factory audits, production planning, inventory reviews, and continuous-improvement initiatives.

Communicate local factory conditions and supplier commitments clearly to U.S.-based team.

Maintain confidentiality and operate within established approval authority; the role may not independently execute contracts, change commercial terms, or approve material product/specification changes.
