Supplier M/F - Fixed-term contract 6 months

Role Summary

You will be in charge of managing supplies, flows and stocks of reagents and consumables on a daily basis.

You will act in compliance with contractual purchasing conditions, quality procedures and deadline requirements. You will be a source of suggestions on methods in order to promote continuous improvement of processes.

•  Guarantee the supply of reagents and consumables to internal customers;
•  Carry out supply calculations, follow orders from internal customers, control quantities, communicate deadlines;
•  Process supplier orders (perform order extraction, transmit orders to suppliers, ensure follow-up, manage subscriptions and disputes noted upon receipt);
•  Ensure the monitoring of the referencing of articles in the IT system (creation, analysis and treatment of anomalies, management of obsolescence)
•  Manage product obsolescence and overstock;
•  Participate in inventories;

 Take charge of resolving disputes noted during delivery from the supplier.

 Monitor the purchase to pay process in conjunction with the purchasing department and the supplier accounts department

Requirements

• Bac + 2 (BTS, DUT) in stock management/logistics or equivalent experience.
• Independent, you nevertheless have a good team spirit and are involved in the tasks assigned.

You master EXCEL

Fluent English to communicate with foreign suppliers
