Role Summary

We are looking for a Super User – Data Analyst responsible for ensuring the correct implementation, management and maintenance of the SLIM system (Integrated Laboratory Management System). The role includes user training, access management, configuration maintenance and coordination with different areas to guarantee the operation of the system and its alignment with quality standards and business needs.

Main functions

Train users in the use of the SLIM system and connected laboratory equipment.

Manage and maintain system configurations (schemes, bindings, parameters, etc.).

Manage user access and roles in coordination with the quality area.

Create and maintain procedures, work templates and quality controls.

Support the integration of laboratory equipment with the SLIM system.

Manage technical requirements for connecting equipment (scripts and metadata).

Manage clients, projects and associated data in the system.

Support billing processes related to the system.

Manage system licenses and coordinate its implementation with IT.

Requirements

• Training in Computer Engineering, Programming Technician or related career.
• At least 2 years of experience in similar roles or in the field.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001.
• Experience with SLIM systems (desirable).
• Knowledge of MS Office at intermediate level.
• Knowledge of metallurgical processes and data analysis is desirable.
