Student Job: Logistics Team Leader (m/f/d) on Sunday

Role Summary

As a team leader in our logistics center, you are responsible for the smooth running of operational processes in your Value Added Service (VAS) area, mainly on Sundays. Together with your team, you will ensure that quality and quantity standards are met to satisfy our customers.

Working hours: 16 hours/week - On Sunday + one day a week.

Requirements

About your tasks

• Professional management of a team of 20-50 employees in the logistics area
• Coaching, training and motivating the team to ensure performance and further development
• Central contact person for operational and personnel issues
• Coordination and monitoring of daily operations
• Close collaboration with other team leaders as well as reporting to the shift manager or workflow
• Control of attendance, break times and working times

About you

A degree in the logistics/supply chain area or initial experience in managing or coordinating employees (lateral entry is also possible) or in-depth knowledge of warehouse and logistics processes

• Flexibility to work at least 3 Sundays per month
• Strong hands-on mentality and a structured, solution-oriented way of working
• Open, honest personality with the ability to build trust in the team
• High team orientation and a good feel for employees and operational processes
• Good knowledge of spoken and written German and English
