Role Summary

• Management of the new SAP HR system - HR Global.
• Time management processing via SAP for: Signings; Absenteeism/presence; Overtime/excess; Schedule changes; Shift changes; reductions in working hours; 4th and 5th shift substitutions.
• Management in the payroll area via SAP of Advances and loans; Suggestions; Personal income tax discount on suggestions; Garnishment of wages and salaries.
• Management for administration in Europe: Personnel management related to registrations; lows; organizational changes; certificates; etc…;
• Management of new hires for the production area.
• Support in the monitoring and control of the “Competence Management” and training plan.
• Support in the promotions process.
• Preparation of data from annual interviews with collaborators (MAG).
• Support in the management of employee training.
• Planning the demand for interns and coordination of hiring.
• Support in the daily tasks of the department; e.g. customer service; contract creation; general administrative management; documentation file etc.
• International Documentation Management in Social Security.
• Processing of A1 permit for internal collaborators.

Requirements

• High level of Spanish and English
• Knowledge in Law / International Relations / ADE / Neg. International
• High interest in computing
• Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel. Desirable SAP
• Flexibility
• University enrollment

Benefits

• Entry date: from mid-July 2026
• Duration: 6 months
• Day: full (9:00 - 17:00 with 1 hour of lunch)
• Remuneration: €700 gross per month
