Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional projects spanning engineering, operations, and go-to-market.
• Own end-to-end execution of RL Environments delivery for strategic customers and projects.
• Report progress directly to the founders and work on some of the most impactful problems at the company.

Requirements

• Strong technical background — a CS degree is ideal; at minimum, the ability to do data analytics using SQL or Python.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to own ambiguous, cross-functional projects end-to-end, balancing speed vs quality.
• An entrepreneurial mindset — excited to build things from scratch.
• Strong communication skills and a bias toward ownership

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• 2+ years leading a team, developing product or operational processes, or as a SWE
• Prior experience at startups / high-growth companies, in consulting, or tackling operational challenges
• Experience with human data / applied AI - specifically in post-training / RL
