Role Summary

We are looking for a Strategic Head to act as a partner in the operation, supporting leadership through data analysis, performance and productivity indicators. This professional will be responsible for identifying opportunities for improvement, anticipating operational risks and providing strategic information that contributes to decision-making and achieving operational results.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze operational indicators and identify opportunities for improvement in processes.
  • Prepare team sizing studies, evaluating needs for increasing or redistributing employees.
  • Support the Operations Supervisor in managing operational activities and customer relations.
  • Prepare management reports, presentations and analyzes to support leadership decisions.
  • Monitor performance indicators and monitor the effectiveness of implemented actions.
  • Identify operational deviations and propose corrective and preventive actions.
  • Participate in meetings with clients, presenting results, indicators and opportunities for improvement.
  • Support process standardization initiatives and continuous improvement of operations.
  • Completed Higher Education or studying in Administration, Production Engineering, Logistics, Process Management, Statistics or related areas.
  • Experience in operations, data analysis or operational management will be considered an advantage.
  • Availability to travel.
  • Valid category B driving license.

Technical knowledge

  • Excel and PowerPoint at an intermediate or advanced level.
  • Analysis and interpretation of performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Preparation of management reports and executive presentations.
  • Operational planning and monitoring.
  • Team sizing and productivity analysis.
  • Process management and continuous improvement.
  • Problem solving techniques and cause analysis.
  • Customer service and relationship.

It will be a differentiator

  • Experience with analysis of operational indicators.
  • Experience in productivity management and team sizing.
  • Experience in field operations.
  • Knowledge or experience in the agribusiness segment.
  • Experience in presenting results and relating to clients.

Accept education and training in production safety, be equipped with the knowledge of production safety necessary for work, like dangerous agents, prevention measures and emergency procedures.

Know the hazard risks at workplace and follow up the lab safety requirements;

Use appropriate PPE at work area, if and when required and be aware of: the risks appropriate PPE will control or minimize , report immediately incase the PPE is worn off or lost, maintenance and inspection arrangements of PPE;

Report hazards to HSE coordinator when find;

Familiar with escape map, be equipped with usage of extinguishers and some escape skills.
