🎯 What does the program consist of?

The training program consists of training modules focused on people management, leadership development, management tools and store operations, and the development of assertive communication and feedback in the JYSK way. During the training you will be able to learn theoretical knowledge and put it into practice at the same time by doing practical exercises with your colleagues.

Five week-long modules over 9 months

On-the-job training between modules with an assigned mentor in order to continue training and preparing you for the great professional challenge

During the development program you will be hired as a Store Manager Trainee and you will be able to perform this position in the store, combining your development and learning with a position of responsibility in the store.

Selection process in Spain

If you advance to the next phase, we will send you an invitation to take two online tests.

Next, we will do a brief telephone interview with you

If you pass all the previous phases, we will invite you to a face-to-face interview and, after passing it, all that remains is a reference check from previous experiences.
