Responsibilities

During your traineeship you will learn everything about running a store. You follow an intensive training program, in which theory and practice alternate, and you work together with other trainees and your mentor. After the training you are ready to run your own store!

• You develop yourself in a dynamic working environment: From igniting your team to achieving commercial goals, you ensure that everything runs smoothly.
• You will learn everything about management: From coaching to managing processes in the store, you will be given all the tools to excel as a manager.
• You are given responsibility: You have the freedom to make improvements and exert influence to optimize the shopping process.
• You ensure customer satisfaction: As a Store Manager Trainee you are the face of JYSK for our customers. You provide a great shopping experience and have an eye for detail in the customer journey.
• You work together with a team of colleagues: Together with your team you strive for the best results. You will learn how to coach, motivate and lead your team to success.

Requirements

• You have an MBO work/thinking level 🎓
• You preferably have work experience in Retail and already have a good understanding of store processes
• Experience with leadership or coaching? That's a big advantage! You have the ambition to further develop yourself into a real manager.
• You speak and write Dutch fluently and have a good command of the English language
• Flexibility is important to you
• You have a results-oriented and social attitude and love the dynamics of the retail world.
