🚀 The challenge

• We are looking for a Store Manager with energy, vision and leadership to promote the management and growth of our store in Cordovilla and be part of this new stage of expansion.
• You will lead teams, optimize results and contribute to the success of a store with a million-dollar turnover, within a dynamic, international and constantly changing environment.
• Solid experience of at least 4 demonstrable years in retail store management in a dynamic, high-demand environment.
• Demonstrable leadership skills of teams of at least 70 people and passion for talent development.
• Experience and management of high-volume, high-turnover stores with surfaces greater than 1,000 m².
• Analytical capacity, implementation of improvements and deep knowledge of market and fashion trends.
• Resilience, proactivity and motivation to take on challenges in an expanding and high-demand environment.
• Excellent communication skills.
• A good level of spoken and written English will be positively valued.
