Role Summary

Lead the correct operation of the store, ensuring compliance with administrative and operational processes, and the coordination of the corresponding work teams.

Delivery of orders: Ensure the operational efficiency of the pickers (repository/assembly of orders) by creating multitasking roles that maximize the Utilization Rate (UTR) and minimize the fail rate and picking time.

Inventory management: Design and implement, together with the Operation Manager, the processes that ensure adequate stock levels and inventories in the store.

Merchandise replacement order: Ensure adequate stock for the store's demand by evaluating the virtual inventory, comparing it with the physical inventory and the input generated by the demand planning team.

Reception of merchandise: ensure that the reception of merchandise is aligned with the company's quality processes and policies.

Constantly monitor the fulfillment process ensuring store capacity. Generate recommendations and process improvements to the Field Operations Coordinator that improve the productivity and profitability of the store.

Manage and control budget costs maximizing the Budget.

Ensure the implementation of preventive actions related to reducing waste, breakage, theft, etc.

Ensure the maintenance of all store equipment and control the correct use of the infrastructure.

Supervise and ensure the correct implementation of hygiene, safety and order standards.

Participate in the process of collecting and delivering orders to riders.

Ensure adequate staff (lead recruiting) and generation of the work agenda.

Mentor your collaborators and develop them professionally.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years experience leading and developing teams. (Exclusive)
• Minimum experience of 3 years in areas such as retail, fast food, supermarket. (Exclusive)
• Experience in loss prevention and shrink management, stock control and inventory. (Exclusive)
• Live close to the Santa Cruz Sur area.
• Have flexible hours.
