Role Summary

In your role...

You advise and support our national and international customers on specialist issues with regard to a defined product group

You systematically expand customer loyalty and market our services

You are responsible for assessing the residue analytical measurement results from the laboratory on a food law basis and creating the test reports including statements

You control and coordinate all transactions affecting the customer, such as the creation of offers and complaint management

You are responsible for planning and carrying out national and international customer visits and discussions as well as trade fair visits in collaboration with the sales team

you do industry-specific association work

Requirements

You have...

• a completed degree in food chemistry and also successfully acquired the 2nd state examination
• ideally already gained initial experience in the areas of customer service, laboratory or quality management in industry or trade
• initial knowledge of current food law and interest in delving deeper into it
• Fluent and confident application knowledge of German and English (at least a very good B2 level in spoken and written) and a confident use of MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word).
• You enjoy dealing with people and are interested in diverse customer contacts
• You are a solution- and service-oriented personality with an organized, responsible and proactive way of working
