Role Summary
Within our HR team in the Netherlands (location Nieuwegein) we have room for an enthusiastic HR intern.
The Dutch HR team consists of an HR Director, four HR Business Partners, a Wellbeing & Vitality Manager, a Compensation & Benefits Manager, a Compensation & Benefits Specialist and a Wellbeing & Vitality colleague. We also work closely with the Benelux Center of Excellence in the areas of People Development, Talent Management and Employee Experience.
During your internship you will be supervised by Jetske Bakker, Engagement & Culture Manager within the Benelux Center of Excellence. Together we ensure that you not only gain valuable practical experience, but also develop yourself personally and professionally.

We are also looking for someone who is curious about the possibilities of AI within HR. Are you interested in how AI can contribute to a better employee experience, smarter HR processes or innovative HR solutions? We will then give you the opportunity to research these developments, develop ideas and help build the future of HR.
You will have plenty of room for your own initiative and responsibility. We encourage you to proactively identify opportunities, gather information independently and come up with fresh ideas and creative solutions. This gives you the opportunity to really make an impact within our organization.
In addition
Are you following a higher professional education in HRM, Human Resource Management, Communication or a comparable study (preferably third year).
You have a good command of both the Dutch and English languages.
Are you available to work at our office in Nieuwegein for at least 50% of your internship period (in consultation).
Do you speak the Dutch language fluently? this is a requirement for this internship.
