-You will be in charge of equipment engineering work that is responsible for the safe, efficient, and stable operation of semiconductor production equipment and utility equipment necessary for factory operations, and planning work such as planned equipment investment and renewal proposals.

• Dealing with aging semiconductor production equipment and factory auxiliary equipment and promoting renewal plans
• Planning energy conservation and cost reduction plans for semiconductor production equipment and existing auxiliary equipment
• Adjustment and improvement of utility equipment due to increased production capacity and introduction of new equipment
• Maintenance of semiconductor production equipment and factory utility equipment, and operational instructions to maintenance subcontractors
• Responding to laws and regulations related to the above operations and contacting and negotiating with relevant government agencies

Equipment and planning engineers are extremely important positions that support the foundations of factories that manufacture semiconductors. ・Persons who have experience in this recruiting position or similar work, or those who have completed electrical, mechanical, chemical, or physics studies at a technical college, four-year university, or graduate school and have work experience related to semiconductor production technology.
