Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain data pipelines using Databricks, Spark and orchestration tools;
• Perform large-scale data ingestion, transformation and processing;
• Build and maintain data modeling for BI and Analytics;
• Ensure data quality, governance and security;
• Manage Databricks environments (clusters, jobs, workspaces);
• Work in cloud environments (Azure, AWS or GCP);

Work collaboratively with technical and business teams.

Requirements

Requirements to apply for the position

• Proficiency in SQL (SQL Server, MySQL, Postgres. Oracle, etc...);
• Proficiency in one or more programming languages (Python/Scala/R);
• Experience with distributed data processing (Spark);
• Experience in cloud architectures (Azure, GCP, AWS, etc...);
• Experience with code versioning;
• Experience in CI/CD;
• Experience with Databricks;
• Experience in data governance and quality;
• Experience with data pipeline orchestration tools (Azure Data Factory / Airflow, etc.);
• Experience in implementing data architecture standards;
• Experience in data modeling for BI/Analytics solutions (Power BI/Analysis Services);
• Databricks Certifications;

Collaborative work.

• It will be nice if you have knowledge in:
• Experience in data science and machine learning projects;
• Experience with data visualization and BI tools;
• Experience in managing environments (mainly Databricks: Unity Catalog, Clusters, Jobs, Workspaces, etc.);
• Active listening and good communication skills;
• Azure certifications;
