Role Summary
- Job Title: Sr. Data Analyst
- Job Location: Sao Paulo, Brazil

Responsible for collecting, organizing, analyzing and interpreting data to support strategic and operational decisions in the area. It works to ensure data quality, integrity and governance, in addition to developing reports and dashboards that support digital initiatives and business processes.
Responsibilities
- Extract, transform and load data (ETL) from different internal and external sources.
- Ensure the quality, consistency and integrity of data used in analyzes and reports.
- Develop interactive dashboards and reports in tools such as Power BI, Tableau or similar.
- Support digital transformation and process automation projects by providing data-based insights.
- Work with business and technology teams to understand requirements and translate into analytical solutions.
- Monitor key indicators (KPIs) and propose improvements based on performance analysis.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and pharmaceutical sector regulations (e.g. LGPD).
- Participate in regional and global initiatives, ensuring alignment with corporate standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Data Science, Engineering, Statistics or related field
- Experience with ETL and SQL (data extraction, transformation, loading and modeling)
- Experience in developing dashboards and reports and ability to analyze data and generate insights for the business.
Mastery of BI tools (Power BI)
- Experience with quality, integrity and data governance
- Experience in monitoring KPIs and performance indicators
- Knowledge of LGPD and good compliance and information security practices
- Ability to work with business and technology teams, gathering and translating requirements
- Good communication and analytical profile
- Experience or familiarity with regulated corporate environments (differential: pharmaceutical sector)
- Ability to work in regional and global environments, following corporate standards.
