You will conduct Cloud Red Team Blue Team (CRTBT) engagements as a Red Teamer, performing cloud-focused adversary emulation techniques against customer environments while the CrowdStrike Blue Teamer supports the customer's SOC/IR team in real-time threat hunting and incident response.
Responsibilities
You will work closely with customers to understand their existing cloud security controls and detection capabilities, leveraging that knowledge to emulate realistic threat actor tactics, techniques, and procedures (TTPs) that challenge and validate their defenses. Additionally, you will manage engagements from kickoff through report delivery, and identify long-term enhancements to the CRTBT offering that sharpen adversary emulation tradecraft and better enable clients to detect, stop, and recover from cloud-based breaches.
What You'll Need: - 2-3 years experience in red team consulting services or MSSP roles, with a strong background in one or more public cloud platforms (typically AWS, Azure infrastructure, Microsoft Entra ID/M365 & GCP).
- 1-2 years experience conducting Red Team Blue Team or Purple Team exercises.
- 5+ years cybersecurity industry experience overall, ideally in hands-on roles including penetration testing, adversary emulation, security automation, etc.
- Experience in scripting, automation, and tooling development to support adversary emulation operations, streamline engagement workflows, and build or extend custom red team capabilities.
- Experience with building and growing strategic relationships with client mid-level managers and executives.
- Experience in customer-facing project management with a keen eye toward customer service.
- Experience implementing information security programs within domains such as endpoint security, cloud security, network security, threat intelligence, or security operations centers is helpful.
- Demonstrated ability to excel in a fast-paced professional services environment and ability to balance competing priorities while still maintaining focus on details.
- Proven track record in technical and creative problem solving coupled with the analytical expertise to provide quick resolution to problems.
- Proven experience utilizing AI technologies to enhance decision-making, streamline workflows and processes, improve efficiency and drive business outcomes.

CrowdStrike's DoD SkillBridge / Career Skills Program (CSP) Internship is an approved SkillBridge Program under Dept. of Defense Instruction 1322.29 as enacted by 10 U.S.C. Sec 1143. Eligibility is restricted to members of the U.S. Armed Forces separating honorably with greater than 180 days of continuous Active Duty. SkillBridge/CSP period of eligibility is within the final 180 days of Active Duty service, and the SkillBridge/CSP must be completed prior to separation from Active Duty in the U.S. Armed Forces.
CrowdStrike's DoD SkillBridge/CSP Internship is open to members of all services, and all ranks and experience levels. Service members should fully review SkillBridge/CSP Job Description for requirements and qualifications of the individual position.
SkillBridge participants participate in full time training with industry (40-hour work week) under permissive temporary duty military orders and are not eligible for compensation from CrowdStrike during SkillBridge participation, but will continue to receive all military wages and benefits as defined by the Department of Defense.
