About the role and team

Sales at Uber means navigating ambiguity, earning trust fast, and solving problems that don't come with a script. As a Senior Account Manager for Global Delivery Partnerships, you will lead the end-to-end management of one of Uber's largest and most complex global restaurant relationships. This is a high-stakes leadership role where you'll bridge digital logistics with real-world impact, shaping commercial strategies that define Uber as a preferred partner for global brands.

The pace here is intense and the environment is unmapped; you'll need to lead with clarity in motion, making hard calls under pressure with imperfect information. This role isn't just about managing a portfolio-it's about resilient problem-solving, navigating the messy reality of multi-channel business plans, and carrying the weight of decisions that matter at a global scale. If you are a high-performing leader energized by challenge and motivated by building trust in high-pressure environments, this is where you'll make your mark.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the end-to-end strategy and execution for a top-tier global enterprise account, navigating internal complexity and shifting priorities to exceed revenue and growth goals.
  • Build and sustain strategic relationships with C-suite executives and key decision-makers, earning trust through reliability and deep subject-matter expertise.
  • Develop and execute multi-channel business plans that align operational, marketing, and product levers to drive measurable impact on revenue and customer experience.
  • Partner cross-functionally across Operations, Marketing, Legal, Finance, and Product to drive joint innovation and solve complex, real-world delivery challenges.
  • Lead high-stakes commercial negotiations and strategic initiatives, balancing partner needs with Uber's platform goals to define sustainable, long-term success.
  • Navigate difficult partner conversations and internal roadblocks, acting as the voice of the customer while driving team performance and morale.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in enterprise account management, partnerships, or business development.
  • Proven track record of managing and influencing C-suite or VP-level partnerships in large, matrixed organizations.
  • Strong analytical and commercial skills with a history of defining and executing complex commercial contracts.
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams or pods to achieve high-impact business outcomes.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in food delivery, QSR (Quick Service Restaurant), or multi-unit retail industries.
  • Deep understanding of Delivery-as-a-Service (1P) and marketplace (3P) models.
  • Demonstrated success leading performance marketing initiatives and joint business planning.
  • Expert proficiency in using data and insights to quantify commercial opportunities and influence decision-makers.
