Responsibilities

• Design, develop and deploy AI solutions adapted to strategic and operational needs.
• Identify and propose improvements to existing systems using AI.
• Guarantee the robustness and scalability of models through rigorous testing and validation.
• Conduct in-depth studies on algorithmic bias and propose innovative solutions to reduce them.
• Ensure technological monitoring and anticipate trends in the field of AI.
• Document processes and support internal teams in adopting the solutions developed.

Requirements

Profile sought

• Bac+5 diploma in engineering, AI or software development
• Minimum 5 years of experience in the field of AI, including development and production projects.
• Proven success in optimizing and deploying AI solutions at scale

Technical skills required

• Programming expertise (Python required; C or Java is an asset).
• Mastery of machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn.
• Experience with data management and processing tools (SQL, pandas, Spark).
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud, Azure) for deploying and managing models.
• Strong knowledge in applied mathematics (statistics, linear algebra) and optimization.
• Ability to implement MLOps pipelines for end-to-end management of AI projects.
