Responsibilities

• Remote supervision of the operation of refrigeration installations
• Creating periodic reports on the operation of the installation
• Performing duties in front of a computer
• Getting to know the operating installations in the market

Requirements

• Technical or IT education.
• Knowledge of English at a level enabling the use of technical documentation and communication in a professional environment.
• Experience in work related to technical monitoring, IT support or customer service.
• Knowledge of Windows environment and Microsoft Office.
• Communication and teamwork skills.
• Required skills and competences
• Ability to analyze and solve technical problems.
• Good organization of own work and the ability to work under time pressure.
• Independence and responsibility in carrying out assigned tasks.
• Ability to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues.
• Ability to operate monitoring systems and service requests (Carel, Danfoss, Eckelmann, Wurm).
• Basic knowledge of computer networks and IT systems.
• Ability to set priorities and effectively manage requests.
