Solutions sales specialist

Role Summary

As a Solutions sales specialist, you successfully position Securitas with clients when it comes to integrated security solutions (Solutions). In this senior role you advise our customers and contribute to the design and delivery of customer-specific and innovative security solutions that ensure the safety of our customers within various sectors. You ensure further growth of our solutions portfolio. You validate the target list and build the right teams around each opportunity to achieve conversion. We have all the components in-house to offer our customers solutions that stand out from the competition. This is what makes this feature so interesting! So you are primarily commercially minded, but you have an excellent understanding of security technology and services for which you are the specialist.

Securitas is currently developing as a solutions-driven organization with the aim of being the global market leader in security solutions. A solution is a combination of services and technologies from the Securitas portfolio that are designed to meet the customer's specific security and safety needs. We have all service lines and technology in-house, which means we have specific expertise in all disciplines. So you can offer your customers a lot!

Requirements

You feel like a fish in water in a transforming and innovative working environment. You can deal well with multiple disciplines within the organization and know very well how to build an internal network. You are strong in consultative selling, see opportunities with the customer or know how to create them. This requires thorough analysis and out-of-the-box thinking to achieve sustainable and scalable solutions that fit the business process and risk profile of our customers and prospects. You are very good at communicating in Dutch and English and you make contact easily, so you know how to inspire others.

As a person you are analytical, solution-oriented, convincing, strategic and also tactical. You also have the following job requirements:

• Affinity with (security) technology is important to successfully fulfill this role.
• Be prepared to develop further in various specializations and obtain certificates that support this, namely: TAPA, ISPS, BRZO, but also functional knowledge of different systems/platforms and services.
• Affinity with carrying out risk inventories.
• Experience with consultancy in the Security or Technology field is an advantage.
• Experience with independently operating sales projects.
• A good commercial drive, you want to create something and are self-starting and results-oriented.
• Good written and oral expression skills in the Dutch and English language.
