• Pre-Sales
• Scope partner engagements with clear objectives and success criteria
• Work with the business development team to identify new opportunities and prepare technical documentation to support the sales process
• Present technology demos to support new business
• Integration & Implementation
• Own partner integrations end-to-end as the primary technical point of contact
• Support the design and implementation process of tailored solutions based on partner technical requirements
• Coordinate internal stakeholders to ensure timely and successful integrations
• Post-Launch & Growth
• Troubleshoot, reproduce, and identify root causes of partner-reported issues
• Serve as an advocate for partners inside the engineering organization
• Use SQL, Tableau, and reporting tools to identify and present actionable growth opportunities to partners
• Manage multiple concurrent partner engagements
• Identify process improvement opportunities and implement automation to optimize client engagements

Requirements

• We're looking for a Solutions Engineer to serve as the technical bridge between our Business Development and Engineering teams. This is a hands-on, customer-facing role for someone who enjoys solving complex technical challenges while building strong partnerships.
• You'll own the technical implementation journey for our partners, from the first sales conversation through integration, launch, and ongoing success - ensuring seamless execution and long-term value.
• Customer-facing background in sales engineering, solutions consulting, or a similar role
• 3+ years of programming experience in Node.JS or an equivalent language
• 3+ years of experience with web technologies such as HTTP, HTML, XML, and REST APIs
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with both technical and non-technical audiences
• Experience in the travel or travel insurance industry
