Responsibilities

• Technical Guidance: Provide expertise to guide development teams in building solutions that meet technical and business requirements.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders to bridge understanding and achieve consensus.
• System Integration: Create designs that seamlessly integrate new solutions with existing systems and processes.
• Risk Assessment: Identify potential risks and challenges in proposed solutions, offering mitigation strategies.
• Documentation: Document architectural designs, decisions, and rationale for future reference and knowledge sharing.
• Innovation and Trends: Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies to provide innovative solutions.

Requirements

• Tertiary qualification in related field (Degree, Diploma and/or Certifications)
• Proven experience as a Solution Architect or in a similar role.
• In-depth understanding of business processes, enterprise architecture, and technology trends.
• Proficiency in translating complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of industry-standard architectural frameworks (e.g., TOGAF).
• Familiarity with a wide range of technologies and platforms.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Relevant certifications in architecture (e.g., Google Cloud, TOGAF, etc.) are a plus.
