Solution Designer (m/f/d) - fully remote work (Warsaw, PL)

Role Summary

We are looking for a Solution Designer to join our team in Poland. You will join a growing group of experts creating innovative intralogistics and warehouse automation solutions for international clients.

Your role in the team

Designing intralogistics and warehouse automation solutions tailored to customer needs.

• Translating business requirements into technical concepts and system architecture.
• Developing comprehensive concepts covering material flow, system integration and IT interfaces.
• Close cooperation with Sales, Engineering and Project Implementation teams.
• Support in the preparation of technical offers and presentations for clients.
• Analysis of client processes and identification of optimization opportunities.
• Contribute to cost calculations, system specifications and risk analyses.
• Acting as a technical advisor during the sales and concept development phase.

Requirements

Higher education in technology, logistics, supply chain or related field.

• Experience in designing solutions for intralogistics, automation or mobile robotics.
• Good knowledge of warehouse processes and material flow systems.
• Ability to translate complex requirements into transparent technical solutions.
• Professional knowledge of CAD tools.

Knowledge of WMS, WCS concepts and automation integration.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Very good knowledge of English; Polish (native) or German will be an additional advantage.
• Structured, proactive work style and teamwork skills.
