Solution Architect Dynamics 365 Business Central

Role Summary

Do you want to help shape the business solutions of the future with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central? At Sopra Steria, we are now looking for a Solution Architect who wants to combine business understanding, technology and consulting to create sustainable solutions with real business benefit.

As a Solution Architect, you have a key role in our customer projects where you are responsible for understanding business needs, designing solution architecture and ensuring successful implementations. You work closely with customers, lead workshops and guide project teams through the entire delivery – from preliminary study to finished solution.

The role also involves close cooperation with our sales organization and you will be an important part of our presale work. This means that you contribute to customer dialogues early in the process, present solution proposals, hold demos and workshops and help customers understand how Dynamics 365 Business Central can create business value in their operations.

• Examples of areas of responsibility
• Lead business dialogues (workshops/pre-studies) and conduct requirements capture together with the customer
• Analyze business processes and translate needs into solution design and priorities
• Design solution architecture in Dynamics 365 Business Central and ensure best practice, integrations and delivery quality
• Coach the project team in the delivery, partly in the form of mentoring and contribute to the further development of our offer within Business Applications
• Support the sales organization with technical and functional advice in dialogue with new and existing customers
• About you

Requirements

We believe you have

• At least 7 years of experience with Dynamics 365 Business Central (or NAV) in consulting and customer-facing deliveries
• Experience in implementation, solution design and consulting - preferably with responsibility for workshops and feasibility studies
• Good understanding of business processes, e.g. in finance, logistics and/or production
• Good familiarity with the Microsoft ecosystem, methodology and integrations (e.g. Power Platform and/or Azure)
• Confident in the consultant role, used to collaborating with customers and teams and communicating freely in Swedish and English
• Experience in presale work and an interest in combining consulting, business development and technology
