Role Summary

About the service

As an AI Solution Architect at Tieto Tech Consulting, you will be part of an expanding team in a developing environment. In your consultant role, you will work together with colleagues with varying skills in roles such as architects, developers and project managers.

You will have the opportunity to work on designing, developing and implementing AI-based solutions for our customers. The work involves understanding customers' needs and translating these into scalable and sustainable architectures, where AI is a central component. In the role, you will work both in-house and outside with the customer and be involved in creating solutions that simplify everyday life for many people.

Requirements

Shell requirements

At least 3 years of experience in software development in Java, Python, Go, Ruby, Javascript or equivalent.

• Academic education in software development (MSc/BSc) or equivalent
• Experience in design and development of AI-based solutions
• Experience with IaC and DevOps, CI/CD or DevSecOps
• Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written

• Analyze customer needs and develop solution architecture in collaboration with others
• LLM Application Architecture (eg RAG, Agents, Orchestration, Memory Design, NLP)
• Retrieval and knowledge modeling (vector search, hybrid search, graph/semantics)
• AI governance, evaluation and lifecycle management
• Linux
• Infrastructure tools like Ansible and Terraform
• Container platforms such as Podman, Docker, Kubernetes and OpenShift
• Virtualization (eg ProxMox, VMware, KVM)
• Network (NETCONF, BGP, BFD, L2/L3, VRF etc)
• Cloud services (AWS, Azure or equivalent)
• Work in security classified projects
• Personal characteristics

Location: Kalmar or Stockholm, combined with the possibility to work remotely.
