Solution Analyst Dynatrace

Role Summary

We are looking for a Dynatrace Solution Analyst to be included in an important Travel & Transportation project in collaboration with one of our clients.

The resource will be involved in application and infrastructure monitoring activities, collaborating closely with the customer to ensure the correct functioning and optimization of the monitored systems.

Main activities

Application and infrastructure monitoring using Dynatrace.

Analysis and management of monitoring events.

Support in identifying and analyzing anomalies.

Collaboration with the customer and the technical teams to resolve problems.

Support for monitoring platform optimization activities.

Excellent knowledge of the Dynatrace platform.

Experience on Monitoring issues.

Knowledge of system architectures.

Good team working skills.

Excellent interpersonal and interaction skills with the customer.

Dynatrace Associate certification (or higher) is a mandatory requirement

The activity can be carried out fully remotely.

Permanent employment is expected and the salary range is between 26K - 30K ral.
