Role Summary
Standard Job Description
Manages software development activities. Responsible for coordinating subordinate employee recruitment, selection and training, performance assessment, work assignments, salary, and recognition/disciplinary actions. Oversees the design, development, documentation, and testing of software that contains logical and mathematical solutions to business/mission problems or questions in computer language for solutions by means of data processing equipment. Applies the appropriate standards, processes, procedures, and tools throughout the development life cycle. Applies knowledge of computer hardware and software, subject matter to be programmed in business/mission applications, information processing techniques used, and information gathered from system users to develop software. Ensures software standards are met.
Lead and mentor a multidisciplinary team delivering, integrating, and supporting ERP solutions for production operations. Ensure technical excellence, cross‑portfolio integration, and that staff have the tools and guidance needed to meet business goals.
Responsibilities
- Manage Associate Manager and architectural teams; conduct performance reviews and career development.
- Own end‑to‑end delivery of ERP enhancements, customizations, and integrations (SAP, Twenty5, etc.).
- Align architectures with enterprise standards; enforce coding, security, and compliance best practices.
- Coordinate cross‑portfolio technical integration across manufacturing, supply‑chain, PLM and finance systems.
- Plan resources, prioritize work, and secure training/tools for the team.
- Partner with business leads to translate requirements into technical solutions; report status and risks to senior leadership.
- Promote agile, DevOps, and automation to accelerate delivery and improve quality.
Requirements
- Proven ERP delivery experience in production/manufacturing settings.
- Strong knowledge of ERP platforms, APIs, middleware, and data modeling.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem‑solving skills.
- Proven Full Spectrum Leadership qualities
Desired Skills
Agile (Scrum/SAFe) and DevOps (CI/CD, IaC).
- Hands‑on coding (Java, C#, Python, ABAP, Fiori) and database (SQL, HANA) expertise
- Past ERP configuration experience

GeoZone Definition: GeoZones are geographic groupings created by Lockheed Martin to align compensation ranges with regional labor markets and cost-of-labor differences across the United States. Locations are assigned a Geo Zone based on the primary work location of the role.
Full-time salary range (GEOZONE 1): $185400.00 - $344400.00
Includes metropolitan areas such as Sunnyvale CA; Pal Alto, CA; New York City metropolitan area; Newark, New Jersey; etc.
Full-time salary range (GEOZONE 2): $166900.00 - $309900.00
Includes metropolitan areas such as Denver, CO; King of Prussia, PA; Stratford, CT; Moorestown, NJ; etc.
Full-time salary range (GEOZONE 3): $148300.00 - $275500.00
Includes metropolitan areas such as Dallas–Fort Worth, TX; Orlando, FL; Grand Prairie, TX; Marietta, GA; etc.
Full-time salary range (GEOZONE 4): $133500.00 - $247900.00

For (Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.

Standard Job Description
Interprets Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) and Cost Accounting Standards (CAS) and DOD FAR Supplement (DFARS) as they apply to contracts, processes, practices and procedures. Interacts with federal regulatory agencies and internal personnel while investigating and resolving US and foreign government procurement regulatory compliance issues. Assists other organizations and provides regulatory guidance to assure continued approved status of major business processes and systems required to do business with the United States Government. May be required to negotiate rate agreements and impact of changes to disclosed practices. Applies cost accounting principles to analyze costs.
