Software Engineering Manager

Role Summary

We have an opportunity for you, we are looking for a Software Engineer Manager to lead our Billing team in Buenos Aires.

Lead the strategy and execution of the roadmap ensuring high quality and high impact solutions.

Design and scale a microservices architecture that creates reusable financial capabilities for the entire region

Promote quality development cycle and deployment processes for continuous value delivery.

Manage and optimize post-production monitoring and support strategies to guarantee the stability of the platform.

Work collaboratively with Product, UX and Data teams to drive the development of optimal technical solutions.

Guide and support the professional development of the team, promoting technical alignment and eliminating impediments.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience managing software development teams under agile methodologies.
• Experience in development, handling any of the following technologies: Java, Kotlin, Golang, React, Android or iOS.
• Solid knowledge in distributed architectures, systems integration, general solution design, databases and scalability.
• Experience in the field of billing, payment gateways, financial integrations or core banking (desirable)
