We are a team of enthusiastic workflow engineers and see ourselves as pioneers in the field of sustainable process automation and green BPM. In this role, we constantly question our work - not only to make our solutions more elegant, faster and cheaper, but also to reduce the need for resources at all levels.

And luckily it never gets boring here. Of course, current technologies and methods as well as open source play an important role for us in achieving our goals. This is ensured by the breadth of the topic and our projects. We always like to think outside the box and combine the topic of workflow with technologies such as cloud, event driven architectures, application performance management, business monitoring, artificial intelligence and many others. There is still a lot to discover!

We are happy to share our expertise and findings with the BPM community in the form of open source projects, lectures and workshops in order to achieve the fastest possible adoption of the topic of Green BPM in the market.

Responsibilities

• Conception and implementation of workflow solutions based on current technologies for our customers from various industries
• Programming components and systems in Java, Kotlin, Angular and React (and many more)
• Supporting our customers in requirements analysis and process modeling with BPMN 2.0
• Identification and adaptation of technological trends and concepts on the market for our customer projects
• Support in the further development of our consulting offerings in the area of Green BPM
• your profile
• Completed studies in computer science, business informatics or comparable
• Passionate about workflow and green IT
• Experience in and enjoyment of software development
• Ideally, knowledge of a process engine like Camunda
• Fluent knowledge of German (at least level C1) is a prerequisite, good knowledge of English is an advantage
• Working independently and the desire to learn and try out new things
