Role Summary

• As a software architect, you analyze, design and implement modern software architectures based on Java technology
• You take on the role of software architect within the team, possibly in combination with technical project management
• You agree on and implement quality requirements such as efficiency, reliability and usability for business-critical applications
• You define or optimize development processes and select suitable tools, processes and methods
• Through close collaboration with quality assurance, you can achieve targeted and robust solutions
• You will advise and support our customers in the development and introduction of cross-project IT architectures

Consulting means flexibility: Your project assignment depends on our customers and your project situation - you work throughout Germany in our offices, at the customer's site and from home

Requirements

Completed studies in (business) computer science, mathematics, natural sciences, technology (MINT) or economics or comparable training

You have already implemented modern web architectures with Java/JavaScript (e.g. Angular, JSF, Spring, JEE, Hibernate/JPA) or defined software architectures in the JEE environment and/or specified and designed requirement systems - from the creation of operating concepts to the commissioning of solutions

• You have comprehensive knowledge of the software development process, including agile approaches
• Ideally, you have initial experience or certifications in the architectural environment (e.g. iSAQB CPSA-F or CITA-F), preferably also with UML
• Experience with the related disciplines of requirements management and quality assurance/software testing is an advantage
• Working on complex and challenging IT projects gives you joy and motivates you
• You have strong analytical skills and strong communication skills for presenting complex issues in a customer-friendly manner
• Good knowledge of German (from C1 level) and knowledge of English round off your profile
