Social Management Assistant

Role Summary

We are looking for a Social Management Assistant for our work team. Your main objective will be to support and execute communication, community relations and environmental education strategies, promoting good practices in the provision of public sanitation services and strengthening the link with the community and interest groups.

What will be your main challenges?

Community Management and Alliances: Support the organization's relationship with communities, local leaders and government entities. Develop loyalty and articulation activities to strengthen service provision.

Environmental Education and Awareness: Design and execute recreational-educational actions (training, neighborhood meetings, recreational events) to raise awareness about compliance with collection schedules, sweeping, containerization and eradication of critical garbage points.

Commercial and Operational Support: Collaborate with the commercial area on strategies aimed at improving collection and portfolio reduction. Work hand in hand with the technical and operations area to report news and optimize service in the field.

Management Reports: Prepare and present periodic reports on the progress, impact and compliance of the activities of the Social Management program and the company's PSS strategy.

Requirements

• Education: Completed Technical or Technological Degree.
• Training: Complementary knowledge or studies in environmental, pedagogical or social areas.
• Experience: Minimum 6 months performing related functions in field work with communities, social customer service, environmental projects or pedagogy.
• Key skills: Excellent verbal expression, empathy, ease of public speaking, conflict resolution and high orientation to community service.
