Your task

Conducting independent social compliance audits in manufacturing facilities and supply chains, with a focus on labor rights, workplace safety and ethical sourcing.

predominantly in Germany and other European countries

Review of documents and thorough preparation of audits.

Preparation of clear, concise and timely audit reports in English.

Professional communication of the results with the customer on site.

Review of corrective actions.

Current knowledge of international standards (ILO, SA8000, BSCI, RBA) and national labor laws.

Compliance with the Eurofins Code of Conduct and strict confidentiality.

Requirements

  • Completed studies in law, social sciences, human resources, occupational safety or a comparable field.
  • APSCA certification as a Social Compliance Auditor (CSCA) desirable.
  • At least 3 years of experience in social compliance audits or related activities.
  • Knowledge of international labor standards and human rights issues.
  • Strong analytical skills as well as communication and reporting skills.
  • Confident use of MS Office; Tech-savvy and detail-oriented.
  • Fluent knowledge of German (C1) and very good knowledge of English; other languages are an advantage.
  • High willingness to travel and flexibility within Germany and occasionally abroad.
  • Integrity, intercultural sensitivity and independent working style.

About the Company

Eurofins ARS PROBATA is a leading certification body for food safety systems in Germany with around 40 employees as part of the international Eurofins network. We are looking for you to join our team full-time in Berlin.
