SMT Line Leader (Temporary)

Role Summary

Continuous observation of a machine, line or production area during the production process with the aim of guaranteeing the highest possible productivity.

Without assembly tasks, the shift line leader monitors and confirms the established standards (e.g., Standard Work, Jidoka, 5S, Poka Yoke, etc.) and also ensures the display of the current condition (e.g., Output, OEE, FPY, Scarp, FPY, etc.) of the area of responsibility on the line information board and keeps them updated.

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor, TSO or higher
• Work experience in manufacturing, minimum 1.5 years.
• Leadership experience: Coordination of teamwork; On-the-job training/mentoring.
