SMM-manager (Skilled)

Role Summary

King Group is a company that develops licensed online casinos, which are among the TOP-3 in terms of the number of active users. Due to rapid scaling, we are looking for an SMM manager to lead the management of social networks for one of our licensed brands.

This role is not about executing someone else's plan, but about forming your own: you define goals, independently defend KPIs to management, manage the promotion budget and take full responsibility for the result. The position has a clear perspective of growth to the team lead in the SMM direction.

Responsibilities

• Full management of the brand's social networks: Telegram, Instagram, Threads, TikTok, X
• Independent development of an SMM strategy for four goals: brand recognition, coverage, engagement, audience retention
• Forming a content plan (headings, frequency, formats, tone of voice)
• Development, argumentation and defense of KPIs directly to stakeholders
• Budget management for social networks: promo, influencers, paid social
• Building cooperation with influencers, streamers, working with UGC content
• Creation of conversion content and copywriting in compliance with tone of voice
• Briefing and production: setting tasks for the graphics team, launching A/B tests
• Analytics of SMM activities: metrics, conclusions, reconciliation with Brand Health Tracker
• Hypothesis testing and continuous content optimization
• Mandatory requirements (Must have)
• 1 year of experience in the iGaming/gambling vertical — understanding of platform limitations, specifics of regulated product promotion
• Portfolios/case studies with real before/after results for areas you have led on your own
• Experience of independent development of an SMM strategy
• Experience in managing a promotion budget (promo, influencer, paid social)
• Strong copywriting skills and strong command of social media analytics
• Experience working directly with influencers/streamers
