In semiconductor development, while products are becoming more sophisticated and larger in scale, demands for shorter development times, lower development costs, and improved design quality are increasing year by year. It is difficult to significantly improve productivity with conventional methods such as increasing personnel and partial automation, and reforming the development process using AI has become an important theme that will determine competitiveness.

This division will launch a new AI utilization promotion organization in order to fundamentally strengthen the productivity, quality, and development competitiveness of semiconductor development. You will discover issues throughout the entire development process, including design, verification, evaluation, document creation, review, and knowledge sharing, and promote the planning, introduction, and establishment of new development methods that utilize AI technology.

In this position, you will be able to lead the transformation of the entire development organization by integrating the latest AI technology and semiconductor development. This is a challenging and rewarding position where you can not only introduce tools, but also design the future of semiconductor development and have a big impact on a global development organization.

• ・Planning and execution of AI utilization strategies aimed at improving productivity, quality, and competitiveness of MCU development
• ・Discover issues at development sites and create new development processes and development environments using AI technology
• Planning/construction
• ・Promoting the realization of a next-generation development environment that allows designers to focus on more creative work
• ・Technical strategies to shorten development time, reduce development man-hours, and improve design quality

• ・Experience promoting reform activities in collaboration with related departments
