Shift commander - Pardubice at Securitas in Pardubice, Pardubice Region, Czechia.

Responsibilities

• **Be our eyes and ears**: Monitor our CCTV system and professionally manage CCTV and alarm systems to ensure the safety and smooth operation of the entire facility
• **Control traffic**: Track the movement of people and vehicles with precision and keep detailed records of visitor and vehicle entries (imagine yourself as a friendly groundskeeper!)
• **Be ready for action**: Stay alert and ensure a quick and effective response to any emergency situations that arise
• **Lead with Confidence**: Lead and inspire a dynamic shift team of approximately 5 employees, foster collaboration and maintain peak site operations

Requirements

• **Clean record**: No criminal record (we bet on a fresh start and a positive atmosphere!)
• **Security Officer Certificate #68-008-E**: It's a plus! Don't you have it yet? Don't worry - we're here to help you get it
• **Education**: Vocational education or equivalent (proof that you have basic knowledge)
• **Right Qualities**: Independence, responsibility, reliability and the ability to motivate and lead a team
• **Professional demeanor**: Cultivated demeanor and work ethic that speaks volumes
• **Work experience**: Demonstrated experience in facility security, loss prevention, or a similar leadership position (we like people who know this)
• **Technical Aptitude**: Knowledge of CCTV, alarm systems and access control technologies (you don't have to be a tech genius, just a willingness to learn!)
• **Ability to work with people**: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - you get along well with a variety of people
• **Attention to detail**: A keen eye for accuracy and meticulous record keeping (even the little things matter!)
• **Cool head under pressure**: You are calm, composed and able to make sound decisions when the going gets tough
• **Physical Readiness**: Good physical condition and flexibility to work rotating shifts, including nights and weekends
• **Ability to solve problems**: Proactive approach and ability to detect security risks before they become real problems
• **Service Focus**: Customer service orientation coupled with a genuine commitment to making sure everyone on campus feels safe and happy

• we offer: main employment or employment agreement - wages from 150,-- CZK / hour + personal evaluation, transport, dry cleaning and statutory surcharges ( 30,000,-- - 38,000,-- CZK / month)
