Role Summary
*Training Plans (Create training plans and provide training).
*NPL/IE support.
*Lean Manufacturing.
*First Level of Felsomat Sequence Analysis.
1.- Shift reception.
2.- Shift start board.
3.- PKYK Audit (Currently in HMI only).
4.- Pulse Categorization (Model Change only).
5.- Cover food.
6- Model Change.
7.- Dimensional Adjustments.
8.- Shift Delivery.
9.- Pre release of Product.
Extraordinary Activities
1.- Tool change due to breakage.
2.- Problem Solution Analysis (Jidoka /Backsort/Collisions).
3.- Analysis of Tool Scope graphs.
4.- Attention to messages, machine alarms (as they occur).
Average CNC programming
*Basic G/M/H codes and commands.
*MDA.
Tool Scope channel-process interpretation, limit adjustments and relearns.
Use of SAP to download and interpret drawings and product specifications. (ATG,ATE,DPM,etc), including GD&T.
Handling of measuring instruments, gages, etc.
Solving problems & JIDOKAS (1st and 2nd level) + support in customer complaints.
MES Vs SAP production and maintenance orders.
Felsomat (Intermediate Zone Monitoring, Telesis Pin Stamp+DMC, Sequence Reset).
Using auxiliary functions
*Circularity test.
*Checking clamping pressures, coolant pump.
*Repeatability tests.
Leadership and teamwork.
Requirements
- Engineering and/or degree: Mechatronics, Industrial, Mechanical or similar.
- Experience managing technical and operational personnel in a production environment.
- Experience in knowledge of CNC SW machining processes.
- Adequate management of computer programs for data consolidation and structured reporting of production metrics.
- Communication skills (verbal and written) and working with representatives of cross-functional teams.
- Leadership skills, motivation, teamwork and collaborative approach to problem solving.
- Knowledge of MES/PULSE.
- Process/Product Knowledge of: CAiRS/MK100/MKC1/MKC2.
- Knowledge of cutting tools.
- Use of tab indicators, 3D probes.
