Setter Machining

Role Summary

Prepare and adjust CNC machining centers to ensure efficient and safe operation.

Continuously monitor and optimize the production process, ensuring compliance with work instructions, quality standards and established procedures.

Make process adjustments to maintain operational stability and maximize productivity.

Verify and ensure product quality through inspections and controls during the manufacturing process.

Comply with established production programs, contributing to the achievement of the plant's objectives.

Guarantee the correct functioning of the assigned line, collaborating in preventive and corrective maintenance activities.

Promote and comply with safety, order and cleanliness standards, fostering a safe and efficient work environment.

Requirements

• Minimum schooling TSU, or technological baccalaureate (Machinery-Tools) industrial processes, Iing. truncates.
• At least 2 years of experience in similar positions
• Experience in operation and adjustment of CNC machinery.
• Interpretation of plans and handling of measuring instruments.
• Focus on quality, safety and continuous improvement.
• Ability to solve problems and work as a team.
• Commitment to results and operational excellence.
